Q: What if I have urgent work?

Q: What about illness?

A: I handle emergencies flexibly. However, a doctor's note or proof may be required. If this happens repeatedly, I may decline future lessons.

A: Up to 48 hours before, you can reschedule for free through the system. Within 48 hours, unfortunately the policy applies.

On the day of your lesson, please use the Zoom link to connect with your instructor. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us by email.

Your trial lesson is 25 minutes long.
Feel free to ask any questions about your Japanese learning challenges or the Japanese business scene.
After the session, the instructor will suggest a personalized study plan based on your goals and needs.
